DBRS-150G (2X) is a single-wall heat shrink tubing. It uses radiation cross-linked polyolefin material and is processed by special process. It has excellent physical and electrical properties and is an ideal protection solution for complex working conditions.

This high temperature resistant heat shrink tubing can work stably for a long time in the temperature range of -55℃~150℃, and can maintain good flexibility and mechanical strength even in high humidity and strong vibration environments such as engine compartments. After 180℃×168h heat aging test, the tensile strength is ≥7.3MPa, the elongation at break is ≥100%, and the performance attenuation is far lower than the industry standard, ensuring that it will not become brittle or crack after long-term use.

Its flame retardant grade reaches VW-1, it is difficult to burn in the open flame and does not drip. With the 250℃×4h thermal shock test, there is no crack or drip, which effectively prevents the spread of flames and provides a "fire barrier" for the line. At the same time, it has outstanding voltage resistance performance. It can withstand 2500V high-voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown at a rated voltage of 600V, and has excellent insulation performance.

The heat shrink ratio reaches 2:1, and the shrinking temperature range is 84℃~135℃. It can quickly and tightly wrap irregular devices, fill gaps and form a sealed protective layer, effectively isolate water vapor, dust and corrosive substances, and improve the anti-aging ability of solder joints and connectors.

In addition, it also complies with RoHS environmental protection standards, does not contain harmful substances such as lead and cadmium, and is suitable for various scenes with strict environmental protection requirements.
