Volsun has two types of identification products: cable identification tags and heat shrink cable identification tubes.

Among them, the cable identification label can be used at any stage of terminal connection. Its content is clearly visible, the color code is firm, and it plays the role of permanent identification.

If the cable identification heat shrink sleeve is used, it needs to be operated before the terminal connection, and the open end of the wire is put on the cable, and then the identification sleeve is heated. The cable identification sleeve allows flexible replacement of the identification before heat shrinking, and after heat shrinking, it becomes a permanent identification that is resistant to harsh environments.

When it comes to the selection of identification product size, the diameter of the cable must be considered. The cable diameter is the key to choosing the length of the wrap-around cable marker label or the diameter of the cable identification sleeve.

Regarding the printing of identification products, customers can choose to print them by themselves or purchase pre-printed identification products. If need the pre-printed labels, customers need to inform us of the specific printing content and font requirements. If the customer has his own printer, we provide label materials suitable for a variety of printers, suitable for printing longer characters, and a variety of label sizes are available.

Our identification products are mainly halogen-free and environmentally friendly, oil-resistant, low-smoke and high-flame-retardant. Therefore, considering the environment that cable identification may face, such as oil, water, chemicals, solvents, and whether flame retardancy is required, it is necessary to choose identification products that can meet the special application environment to meet the durability and clarity of the identification.

In order to prevent the printing on the identification product from falling off and ensure the long-term stability of the identification, it is necessary to adopt appropriate printing processes, use high-quality inks and printers, and you can also add a layer of transparent protective film on the printed content to effectively prevent scratches and corrosion.
