Last week, we successfully cooperated with another big customer from LA, USA. For Volsun, it means we move a new exciting step at 2016 Year!Our customer is 3M’s distributor, and his company is major in supplying series coax cable connectors, termination kits, protection boxes and cold shrink tubing to local telecommunication base stations directly.

After shortly communication, we sent free samples to our customer for testing.
Volsun’s Cold shrink tubing supporting core.
It adopts ultra-sonic welding technologies to replace traditional hot wind welding technologies. Same as 3M.
Easy to pull off
Thin wall but strong
Cold shrink tube does withstand 60 degrees oven for 6 hours with no physical damage (splitting) while in expanded state.
Rubber after 24 hours and confirm ID will be fixed and unchangeable.
The full recovery length is only 0.25” tolerance.
