Usage
Based on product laboratory test data, it is recommended that customers preheat both the main agent and the curing agent at 80°C for 1 hour before use. Then mix components A and B, evacuate the mixture, and proceed with injection. If bubbles are difficult to remove, the mixture can be preheated for an additional 10 minutes before evacuating and injecting. After baking the A and B components, ensure they are used within 30 minutes to prevent the mixture's viscosity from increasing, which could affect the wetting effect.
- Mix components A and B thoroughly in their original packaging. This is because the fillers in components A and B may settle over time.
- Mix components A and B in a weight ratio of 100:75, mix thoroughly, and then use a vacuum device to remove any bubbles.
- Please note the pot life of this product. Once components A and B are mixed, they should be used as soon as possible. Prolonged storage of the mixed material may affect the application process and product quality.
- Any unused components A and B should be stored separately in sealed containers. During use, care must be taken not to accidentally mix one component into the other, as this may cause contamination and degradation.
Storage Conditions / Shelf Life
- Keep the product tightly sealed and store it in its original packaging at room temperature away from light.
- The product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
