Description
VS-PU1201 thermal conductive structural adhesive is composed of A and B components, which can meet the structural bonding between different substrates, has high toughness and elasticity after curing, excellent peel, shear, impact resistance, excellent environmental, aging and chemical resistance, meet the requirements of low odor, low VOC emissions, and comply with EU ROHS regulations. Meet the requirements of UL94 flame retardant V0, suitable for machine dispensing and manual mixing operation. Suitable for bonding metal, plastic, rubber, polyester and other materials.

Application Method
- Surface cleaning: Use gauze or other tools to remove impurities on the surface of the parts that need to be coated
- Mixing: Use static mixing tube to mix
- Coating operation: Use pneumatic or electric glue gun or other glue coating equipment to apply polyurethane thermal glue on the construction site
Matters needing attention
- The use environment should be free of large debris or other pollutants, to avoid affecting the adhesion of materials and objects
- Before the material is fully cured, avoid other objects from touching the material, which may affect the appearance and performance of the material
- Keep this product away from the mouth and eyes. If it enters the mouth and eyes accidentally, rinse it with clean water or go to the hospital
Storage & Shelf Life
- Keep the lid closed and store in the original packaging at room temperature away from light
- The product shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture
