Tubular Type VS Rolled type of heat shrink busbar tube

Last year , we used two types of packing specification for Volsun 10kV heat shrink busbar tube: tubular type 1.2 meters ; rolled type: 50 m or 25 m roll. Do you know what the difference between them is? Let us get to know now.

For Tubular type tube, It caused great waste when cut and lapped as required .And it is not easy to run through because lap thicker than normal surface. So we suggest to use roller-type heat shrink tube which can cut cost and run through easily.

Actually, Volsun technical department attached great importance to this matter.

Finally , we use the statics to improve:

1. Reducing busbar heat shrink tube cutting waste, saving 0.2m/pc, then if produce 1000pcs. can be saved 2000 meters. the amount is about 15,000 dollars

2. Reducing docking port of heat shrink tube, easy to run through busbar ,ensure that make heat shrink tubes shrink busbar more smoothly.

No doubt , either from customer or company perspective, rolled-type heat shrink busbar tube is most suitable.
