1KV Polyolefin Heat Shrink Sleeve For Busbar

1KV heat shrink sleeve for busbar is made of cross linked polyolefine material.

Mainly used for electricl busbar rated up to 1kv ,rectangular square and round busbars .This month , we have cooperated with a client from UAE for low voltage switchgear application.

Actually , they used PVC heat shrink sleeve before. After special test,we find that this material is really not suitable for 1kv usage:

PVC material is not flexible than PE material

Not environmently-friendly. We have used PE to replace PVC.

But difficult-to-recovery of PVC, combustion occurs when security is bad for the environment .In Europe, Japan has been disabled.

From PVC technical data (Wall thickness and tensile strength ),

it is not good for 1kv busbar insulation. 1kv heat shrink sleevethickness is much thicker ,and has excellent insulation property .
