Today we will summarize some technical standard of cold shrink tube for you here.The following are the technical standard of Volsun cold shrink tube:

(1) The cold shrink tube is required to be made of silicone rubber material, with a clean and tidy appearance, free of scratches, cracks, flashes, burrs and other defects; no irritating odor, no burrs on the support core (before and after pulling).

(2) The cold shrinkable tube must provide sufficient holding force to the joint.

(3) Meet the RoHS standard.

(4) The applicable size of cold shrink tube should be:

Cold-shrinkable tube specification and model sequence (xxmm/xxmm, maximum inner diameter/minimum length) 40mm/140mm. The application diameter range of cold shrink tube is 12mm~40mm.

The specification and model of the cold shrinkable tube cannot be larger than the maximum inner diameter, but can be less than the maximum inner diameter; it cannot be less than the minimum length, but can be larger than the minimum length.

Application scene suggestion:

1/2 feeder and DIN-type head use 28mm/110mm cold shrink tube
